Returns
We accept returns on all products for up to 14 days following receipt of your order.
To be eligible for a return, a product must be in its original condition
and packaging exactly as it was received. We are only able to accept
returned product in as-new condition. Products with scratches, cracks,
damages or other modifications cannot be returned.
I received an item that is damaged.
If an item arrives damaged, it must be reported to our customer service info@mildanmarket.com along with pictures within 24 hours of receipt of the product and your order number. The returned item will be inspected
within 72 hours of it being sent to our warehouse. Once we've determined
it is in as-new condition, our team will process your return and issue a refund on the same payment method as your purchase.
Please note that depending on your card issuer's policy, it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your credit statement.
How do I return a product?
If you are unhappy with your order and wish to coordinate a return, contact us info@mildanmarket.com within the required 14-day time frame
for the next steps. We will require the following details:
- name
- address
- order number
- pictures of the item in original condition
Place it back in the box you received the item in.
Please note we do not provide a shipping label and the expense is not reimbursed by Mildan Market.
How Long Does It Take to Process A Return?
Once we receive your return on our end, it is processed within 7-10 business days.
We will notify you by email when the return is complet and your funds will be returned to your payment method.
Final sale items
Any item marked as "Final Sale" at the time of transaction is not covered by our return policy.
